The controversy is piling on the Queens woman who is facing murder charges for allegedly throwing her newborn baby out a bathroom window over the weekend.

Sabita Dookrm, 23, went to the bathroom late Saturday and gave birth in the bathtub. She later told investigators that the baby “popped” out of her, but was able to “cut the cord with a scissor,” said the New York Post, citing court documents.

Dookram, who was apparently in shock by the sudden events, allegedly told authorities that she panicked and threw the infant out of the bathroom window.

Prosecutors said the incident was captured by a local surveillance camera where his cries could be heard. Police said they found the baby “naked” and “attached to his umbilical cord,” CBS New York reported.

But instead of taking care of her baby’s injuries, Dookram simply ignored the infant’s cries and even managed to clean the bathroom with a yellow towel. She also kept silent when her sister-in-law told her that she heard “a baby

‘Cheer’ star from Naperville assaulted teen in a bathroom

Federal prosecutors say “Cheer” star Jerry Harris has “exploited and violated” at least 10 boys, “exhibits all the signs of a serial child predator” and should stay behind bars.

They also allege that Harris, who is from Naperville, sexually assaulted a 15-year-old boy in an unlocked public bathroom at a cheer event “with other individuals coming and going” — suggesting either that he “wanted to be caught or he simply cannot control his impulses.”

The claims appear in a nine-page memo filed Tuesday ahead of a detention hearing for Harris, who was arrested by the FBI nearly a month ago and charged with production of child pornography. The memo also alleges Harris destroyed his cellphone upon learning of the investigation — and then continued to “victimize minor boys” with a new one.

Harris, 21, is being held at the downtown Metropolitan Correctional Center. He is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday

Lawyer secretly recorded coworker use bathroom, TX cops say

Months after a Texas woman found a hidden phone recording her going to the bathroom, deputies have arrested and charged a suspect: her coworker.

Houston attorney Landon Keating, 30, is charged with five counts of invasive visual recordings, Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman announced Tuesday in a Facebook post.

In early June, deputies were called after a female coworker of Keating’s discovered a cell phone hidden in her private restroom. On it, she found many photos and videos of herself going to the bathroom.

She told investigators the phone was Keating’s.

The constable’s High Tech Crimes Unit got a warrant to search the phone and carried out an “in-depth investigation,” according to the Facebook post..

“As a result of this investigation several hundred video and image files of the complainant using her own office bathroom were discovered,” the post stated.

Keating has been arrested, booked, and is being held at Harris County Jail, according to the post. His bail is set at $25,000. Each count of invasive visual recording carries a max sentence of two years behind bars, and a possible $10,000 fine.

‘Cheer’ star Jerry Harris assaulted 15-year-old in public bathroom, feds allege

Federal prosecutors say “Cheer” star Jerry Harris has “exploited and violated” at least 10 boys, “exhibits all the signs of a serial child predator” and should stay behind bars.

They also allege that Harris sexually assaulted a 15-year-old boy in an unlocked public bathroom at a cheer event “with other individuals coming and going” — suggesting either that he “wanted to be caught or he simply cannot control his impulses.”

The claims appear in a nine-page memo filed Tuesday ahead of a detention hearing for Harris, who was arrested by the FBI nearly a month ago and charged with production of child pornography. The memo also alleges that Harris destroyed his cellphone upon learning of the investigation — and then continued to “victimize minor boys” with a new one.

Harris, 21, is being held at the downtown Metropolitan Correctional Center, prison records show.

Though the original criminal complaint filed against Harris alleged that he had admitted having anal and oral sex with a 15-year-old at a cheer event last year, Tuesday’s memo from Assistant U.S. Attorney Christopher Parente adds new detail and says law enforcement has interviewed the victim. It also hints that more criminal charges could be filed against Harris.

Last month’s complaint also alleged that the Netflix docuseries star tried to persuade another minor to engage in oral sex with him at cheerleading events, solicited a third minor for sex, and sought and received child pornography on Snapchat from 10 to 15 others he knew were underage.

Harris is scheduled to appear for a detention hearing Wednesday before U.S. Magistrate Judge Heather McShain. Parente’s memo suggests Harris’ legal team will be proposing Harris be monitored by multiple third-party custodians cycling in and out of his home. Harris’ lawyer Todd Pugh did not immediately respond to messages seeking comment,

Police say the baby was found naked and still with its umbilical cord attached at a home in the Queens area of the city on Sunday morning.

The baby was taken to Jamaica Hospital in critical but stable condition and treated for hypothermia.

Authorities say that Sabita Dookram, 23, gave birth to the youngster in the bath before allegedly tossing the baby from the window.

Now she faces charges that include attempted murder, attempted manslaughter, assault, reckless endangerment, tampering with physical evidence, abandonment of a child and acting in a manner to injure a child, according to the New York Post.

A neighbour said he heard the baby crying but did not think anything of it as the property is next to a daycare centre.

“I’m kind of still traumatised. I could still hear the cry. I keep thinking to myself I should have came out and looked,” Marvin Ramsammy told NY1.

Neighbours also said the woman’s family did not know she was pregnant.
